The main compartment is nice and spacious with double zipper opening up the bag all the way. Gusseted sides prevent anything from falling out. There are two gusseted pockets on the back side of the main compartment and two small zippered pockets. Two interior drink pockets are located at either end (not insulated). The front side has two picture pockets and one long zipper pocket. The Mommy pocket has a scrunchy key fob, sunglass case, two small gusseted pockets and one small zippered pocket. The zippered pocket above the mommy pocket is lined with fuzzy fabric to protect cameras, cell phones or valuables. The zippered back pocket holds the changing pad (Earth Leather on one side the interior lining fabric on the other side 22" x 11") and two gusseted pockets to hold wipes and diapers. The messenger strap can be long like a messenger or short like a tote! Only one adjustment point so you can adjust it as small or long as you want. There is a removable shoulder pad and D rings on either side to attach the strap and also attache stroller clips. There are large insulated side pockets for sippies or bottles.
